Brenda Lister is the founder of Resolute Consulting. Resolute is a 100% women owned DBE firm. Brenda has over 20 years experience providing support services for CEI firms. She has worked extensively with the Florida Department of Transportation and other state agencies.
Julia Teal has been in the transportation construction industry for 7 years. She was a Resident Compliance Specialist (RCS) on the largest construction project in the State of Florida ($2.3 billion). She is currently working as an Associate Contract Support Specialist with the D5 LAP team. She has also created a RCS training program for Resolute.
